TO SUPPORT SEXUAL ASSAULT PROGRAMS AND AGENCIES WHICH PROVIDE SEXUAL ASSAULT INTERVENTION/TREATMENT AND/OR PREVENTION SERVICES BY: ENCOURAGING THE HEALING OF SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF SERVICES TO ALL VICTIMS AND POTENTIAL VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT; ESTABLISHING AN ACCESSIBLE FORUM FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT PROGRAMS TO EXCHANGE INFORMATION, TRAINING AND EXPERTISE; ADDRESSING NEEDED PUBLIC POLICY CHANGES IN THE DIRECTION OF IMPROVED FUNDING AND INSTITUTIONAL RESPONSES TO SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIMS;ADVOCATING FOR SUFFICIENT RESOURCES TO EFFECTIVELY PROVIDE SEXUAL ASSAULT TREATMENT SERVICES; AND WORKING IN CONCERT WITH HAWAII'S SEXUAL ASSAULT PROGRAMS AND AGENCIES WHICH PROVIDE SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIM SERVICES.
