GRANTING WISHES TO CHRONICALLY ILL CHILDREN THROUGH INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES AND ESSENTIALS. INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES ARE A PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE FOR A CHILD AND THEIR FAMILY TO CREATE A LEGACY MEMORY. THESE EXPERIENCES ARE AS UNIQUE AS THE CHILD THAT RECEIVES THEM. HIGH HOPES FOUNDATION OF NEW HAMPSHIRE ALSO PROVIDES THESE CHILDREN WITH LIFE ENHANCING EQUIPMENT, SUCH AS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSORIES, ADAPTIVE BICYCLES AND SWINGS, RAMPS AND THERAPEUTIC EQUIPMENT.
