WORKING DIRECTLY WITH EACH RESIDENT AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS, OUR STAFF WILL CUSTOMIZE A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF CARE DESIGNED TO TREAT MEDICAL COMPLICATIONS AND ACHIEVE FUNCTIONAL INDEPENDENCE.
