TO CONDUCT A SUMMER ASSEMBLY IN THE CHAUTAUQUA TRADITION. THE PURPOSE OF THE OCEAN PARK ASSOCIATION IS TO AFFIRM THE TRADITIONS AND SPIRITUAL HERITAGE OF WHICH WE ARE HEIRS, THROUGH A SUMMER ASSEMBLY PROGRAM WHERE CHRISTIAN WORSHIP, PRINCIPLES AND IDEALS ARE AT THE FOCUS; WHERE DIVERSITY IS CELEBRATED AND DIGNITY OF ALL IS EMBRACED AND RESPECTED; WHERE THE NATURAL BEAUTY OF OUR SEASIDE RESORT IS CONSERVED AND ENHANCED; AND WHERE PROGRAMS CENTERED ON RELIGION, EDUCATION, RECREATION AND CULTURE PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUAL GROWTH AND FAMILY ENRICHMENT.

RELIGIOUS, CULTURAL, AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES: THE 2022 SUMMER SESSION INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES CONSISTENT WITH THE CHAUTAUQUA MODEL: WORSHIP SERVICES, BIBLE STUDY AND DISCUSSION, CHOIR, CONCERTS, CLASSES, PRESENTATIONS, FILM AND BOOK DISCUSSION GROUPS.


EDUCATIONAL BUREAU CONTRIBUTION FOR RENOVATIONS TO MAINTAIN PROGRAMMING IN OCEAN PARK.


POST OFFICE: UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, YEAR- ROUND POSTAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO THE OCEAN PARK COMMUNITY.


RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES: THE 2022 SUMMER SESSION INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES CONSISTENT WITH THE CHAUTAUQUA MODEL: TENNIS, SHUFFLEBOARD, EXERCISE, YOUTH DROP-IN CENTER, AND YOUTH DANCES.
