COMMUNITY HEALTH PROGRAMS, INC. (CHP) IS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER WITH COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL PRACTICES WHICH ARE THE ONLY PRIMARY CARE PROVIDERS IN BERKSHIRE COUNTY THAT ARE ACCESSIBLE TO ALL PEOPLE, REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE STATUS, IMMIGRANT STATUS, OR ABILITY TO PAY. CHP PROVIDES PREVENTATIVE, ACUTE, AND ONGOING MEDICAL CARE FOR INFANTS, CHILDREN, ADULTS, AND ELDERS. CHP PROVIDES FULL, 24 HOUR MEDICAL COVERAGE FOR OUR PATIENTS, 365 DAYS A YEAR. MEMBERS OF OUR PROVIDER TEAM OF PHYSICIANS AND NURSE PRACTITIONERS ARE CERTIFIED IN INTERNAL MEDICINE, OBSTETRICS & GYNECOLOGY, PEDIATRICS, CLINICAL SOCIAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND FAMILY MEDICINE. EACH PATIENT CHOOSES ONE OF THESE PROVIDERS TO BE THEIR PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER AND THE ENTIRE STAFF IS AVAILABLE TO MEET THE MANY HEALTHCARE NEEDS OF PATIENTS.
