FAMILY, CHILD CARE, EDUCATION, HEALTH AND NUTRITION SERVICES. HEAD START, EARLY HEAD START AND FAMILY DAY CARE SYSTEM. HEAD START PROVIDED COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES TO OVER 250 CHILDREN. FAMILY DAY CARE PROVIDING FAMILY DAY CARE TO OVER 180 CHILDREN.
