ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ADVANCEMENT-PROMOTE POLICIES TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT FOR LONG ISLANDERS. PUBLIC HEALTH AND TOXIC CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION-STOP LARGE QUANTITIES OF SEWAGE SLUDGE FROM BEING DISPOSED OF AT THE BROOKHAVEN TOWN LANDFILL.
