TO ACCOMPLISH THIS, UNIVERSAL COMPANIES FOCUSES ON THE IDENTIFICATION AND REMOVAL OF SYSTEMIC BARRIERS TO WEALTH CREATION WITHIN URBAN SETTINGS. THIS IS WHAT IS CALLED THE "UNIVERSAL PLAN."
