WITHIN THE LENDING DEPARTMENT, NHS BALTIMORE OFFERS A VARIETY OF LOANS FOR DOWN PAYMENT AND CLOSING COST ASSISTANCE, OWNER OCCUPIED REHAB AND SMALL DOLLAR CONSUMER LOANS. REHAB LENDING IS A HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN TO ASSIST WITH STRUCTURAL REPAIR AND PARTICIPANTS CAN RECEIVE A LOAN OF UP TO 30,000 DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF WORK NEEDED FOR THE HOME. AN NHS STAFFPERSON ASSISTS IN BIDDING AND OVERSEEING CONSTRUCTION. QUICK FIX SMALL REHAB LOANS ARE FOR SMALLER JOBS AND PARTICIPANTS CAN RECEIVE LOANS UP TO 5,000. SMALL DOLLAR FOR REHAB CONSUMER LOANS AND SMALL DOLLAR CONSUMER LOANS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ALMOST ANYTHING TO ASSIST IN TIMES OF NEED. THE FAST TRACK FINANCIAL COACHING PROGRAM IS GEARED TO HELP INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES DEVELOP SOUND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN THEIR QUEST TO BUY A HOME. THE FINANCIAL FITNESS PROGRAM TEACHES INDIVIDUALS HOW TO MANAGE INCOME, CREATE A BUDGET, SAVE, AND APPLY FOR AND USE CREDIT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE. THE EXPEDITED COUNSELING PROGRAM GIVES INDIVIDUALS ACCESS TO EXPEDITED COUNSELING SERVICES MORE QUICKLY FOR A FEE.
