PRIMARY CARE (ADULT, PEDIATRICS AND INTEGRATED HEALTH) PREVENTIVE HEALTH CARE INCLUDING PHYSICAL EXAMS, IMMUNIZATIONS, COMPREHENSIVE HEPATITIS B & C CARE, DIABITIES EDUCATION & MANAGEMENT, HIV CARE, MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC AND ACUTE ILLNESS, NUTRITION COUNSELING, TRANSGENDER CARE AND URGENT CARE, BEHAVIORAL MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC MEDICAL CONDITIONS, PAIN MANAGEMENT, BEHAVIOR CHANGE AND TOBACCO CESSATION, PYSCHIATRIC CONSULTATION.
