GRANTS ARE ALSO MADE TO VARIOUS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO ASSIST IN PROJECTS IMPLEMENTED IN THE STATE OF HAWAII, PRIMARILY FOR THE PURPOSES OF FURTHERING LEGAL EDUCATION AND AID TO WOMEN.
