YOUTH, AGES 11-18, ARE REFERRED BY DOH-CAMHD, DHS, OYS, AND FAMILY COURT.
EDUCATION AND TRUANCY PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION PROGRAMS: SCHOOL CONNECTION PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT YOUTH TO IMPROVE GRASSES AND SOCIAL INTERACTION WITH SCHOOL ACTIVITIES AND PEERS.
