VARIOUS DIVISIONS, COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES ARE MAINTAINED TO WORK TOWARD ACCOMPLISHING IUPAC'S OBJECTIVES AS STATED IN THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION.
PROJECT SYSTEM ACROSS THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION IS SUPPORTED BY THE SECRETARIAT AND SERVES APPROXIMATELY 1,400 VOLUNTEERS. THESE PROJECTS ARE DIRECTED TOWARD RESEARCH THAT IS CORE TO THE MISSION OF IUPAC.
