DUE TO THE CONTINUING PANDEMIC IN 2021, THE COLLABORATION WITH LOCAL BEEKEEPERS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS IN ILLINOIS SHIFTED TO ONLINE LEARNING AND THE RESCUE AND RELOCATION OF BEE HIVES. FOCUS WAS DIRECTED TO THE USE OF EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS TO ADVANCE AWARENESS OF THE ISSUE OF BEE AND POLLINATOR SUSTAINABILITY. PARTNERSHIP WITH BLACKBURN COLLEGE CONTINUES.
DURING 2021, THE COLLABORATION WITH HURRICANE ISLAND AND ITS WOMAN OF THE WATER (WOW) PROGRAM CONTINUED. ADEMAS PARTICIPATED IN THE REVIEW OF THE CURRICULUM AND RESEARCHED THE TOPIC OF OCEAN SUSTAINABILITY AND THE IMPACT OF PLASTIC REFUSE ON OCEAN HEALTH. ADEMAS PROVIDED THEME-RELEVANT BOOKS TO PARTICIPANTS.
DURING 2021 ADEMAS EXPANDED ITS COLLABORATION WITH GROWINGGREAT, A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION. DUE TO THE CONTINUING PANDEMIC AND CLOSURE OF SCHOOL SITES, FOCUS SHIFTED TO AN AT-HOME ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM. A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE LOS ANGELES UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT WAS IMPLEMENTED. ADEMAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE PROGRAM IN THE GARDEN SUSTAINABILITY AND CONTINUED ITS COLLABORATION ON THE BOOK GIVAWAY PROGRAM.
