THIS NET RENTAL INCOME IS USED FOR MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENTS OF THE FACILITY. THE REMAINDER, IF ANY, IS HELD IN RESERVE FOR MAJOR REPAIRS, ANNUAL INSURANCE, AND PROPERTY TAXES. THESE FUNDS CANT BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE AS PROVIDED IN ARTICLE VIII OF THE CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS OF THE CORPORATION.
