COORDINATION OF THE CLINICAL PRACTICE PROGRAM OF THE CLINICAL FACULTY OF THE PATHOLOGY DEPARTMENT OF THE LOMA LINDA UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE IN THEIR UNIVERSITY SPONSORED AND UNIVERSITY AUTHORIZED FACULTY PRACTICE ACTIVITY AND TO ENHANCE THEIR EDUCATION AND RESEARCH ENDEAVORS. THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH BY THE PERFORMANCE OF MEDICAL CARE SERVICES FOR THE PUBLIC WITHOUT PROFIT TO ANY INDIVIDUAL.

PATIENT CARE ACCOMPLISHMENT 17,882 CLIENTS SERVED ($8,312 CHARITY CARE) ACTIVITY ACCOMPLISHEMENT PROVIDED MEDICAL CARE TO ALL THE SICK AND INJURED WHO MAY COME FOR DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, AND CARE WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, CREED, SEX, AGE OR ABILITY TO PAY.


TEACHING ACCOMPLISHMENT - PROVIDED PROFESSORS TO TEACH PATHOLOGY, IMMUNOLOGY, MICROBIOLOGY, RELIGION, HISTOLOGY, CELLULAR AND MOLECULAR BIOLOGY COURSES TO LLU SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AND LLU SCHOOL OF ALLIED HEALTH FOR TRAINING DOCTORS, CYTOLOGIST, CLINICAL LABORATORY SCIENTISTS AND PATHOLOGISTS' ASSISTANTS. A TWO-DAY HYBRID SEMINAR TO 51 PARTICIPANTS WAS HOSTED.


RESEARCH AND CTTR PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENT: RESEARCH AND CTTR PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENT: THE CTTR PROGRAM HOSTED TWO SEPARATE SEMINARS TO 112 PARTICIPANTS; ACTIVITY OBJECTIVE - THE GROUP GIVES LECTURES AND PUBLISH INFORMAITON CONCERNING PATHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS AND RESEARCH RESULTS IN ORDER TO EDUCATE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ON SUCH PROBLEMS; THEY PUBLISHED 25 ABSTRACTS AND 17 PEER REVIEW ARTICLES IN MEDICAL JOURNALS; THEY PRESENTED 22 ABSTRACTS/CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS WHICH WERE PEER REVIEWED AND 11 WHICH WERE NON-PEER REVIEWED; THEY PRESENTED 27 POSTERS AT CONFERENCES. THEY WROTE 8 BOOK CHAPTERS. THEY SERVED AS PRINCIPLE INVESTIGATORS ON 4 PROJECTS AND CO-INVESTIGATORS ON 4 PROJECTS.
