HMRI'S RESEARCH PROGRAMS ARE FOCUSED ON COMMON DISEASE PROCESSES INCLUDING NEUROLOGIC (ALZHEIMER'S-MIGRAINE), CARDIOVASCULAR, LIVER AND GASTROINTESTINAL, AND MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING THAT SUPPORTS RESEARCH ACROSS HMRI. IN 2020/2021 HMRI RESEARCHERS PUBLISHED PAPERS IN PEER REVIEWED JOURNALS, SERVED ON EDITORIAL BOARDS AND SCIENCE ADVISORY BOARDS, AND PRESENTED THEIR WORK AT CONFERENCES.THE MAJOR SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE YEAR WERE THE ONGOING SEMINAR SERIES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC COVERING A WIDE RANGE OF TIMELY MEDICAL AND RESEARCH TOPICS, ONGOING ENROLLMENT OF STUDY PARTICIPANTS IN OUR STUDY OF BRAIN AGING.
