IMAGINE YOU OFFERS A HIGHLY ENGAGING PROGRAM OF TRAUMA-INFORMED SKILLS TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO SOCIAL SERVICES PROVIDERS, AND SECOND RESPONDERS WORKING IN DISASTER RESPONSE, RECOVERY, AND PREPAREDNESS. THE IMAGINE YOU TRAINING CURRICULUM HAS TWO MAIN GOALS: 1.TO PROVIDE SKILLS TO HELP STAFF WITH CLIENT SUPPORT AND OFFER SKILLFUL WAYS TO MOVE CLIENTS FORWARD.2.TO PROVIDE STAFF WITH TOOLS TO BOOST THEIR OWN RESILIENCE AND MITIGATE THE VICARIOUS TRAUMA THEY EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH VULNERABLE POPULATIONS.IN 2022 IMAGINE YOU PROVIDED TEN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SERIES TO DISASTER CASE MANAGERS, SECOND RESPONDERS, COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS/PROMOTERS, RESOURCE NAVIGATORS AND ALLIED SOCIAL SERVICES STAFF IN SANTA CRUZ, GREENVILLE, CHICO, FRESNO, REDDING, SANTA ROSA, HEALDSBURG, CALIFORNIA. IMCF IS ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN LONG-TERM RECOVERY GROUPS FOR THE FIRE AND FLOOD IMPACTED COUNTIES OF SISKIYOU, TRINITY, SHASTA, SANTA CRUZ, BUTTE, EL DORADO, PLUMAS, AND TRINITY, AND THE MARSHALL FIRE IMPACTED COUNTY OF BOULDER, COLORADO.
