PRODUCE THE ANNUAL RESERVE OFFICER AWARDS DINNER RECOGNIZING OUTSTANDING RESERVE OFFICERS FOR THEIR WORK AS DETERMINED BY THEIR COMMANDING OFFICERS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE AREAS OF ASSIGNMENT. PRESENT SERVICE RIBBONS PINS TO RESERVE OFFICERS WHO HAVE ACHIEVED 25 30 35 40 ETC YEARS ON THE JOB.


PROVIDE EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING TO EXISTING RESERVE OFFICERS NOT PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT; ASSIST NEW RESERVE RECRUITS WHO FIND THE COST OF REQUIRED EQUIPMENT NOT PROVIDED BY THE DEPT TO BE A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; SUBSIDIZE THE COST OF A LEGAL PLAN SHOULD THE NEED ARISE IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES.
