SBA 504 LOAN PROGRAM: DURING FYE 9/30/2023, CSCDC WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PLACEMENT OF 166 SBA 504 LOANS AND 14 SBA 7A COMMUNITY ADVANTAGE LOANS. ADDITIONALLY, CSCDC SUPPORTED OTHER SBA PROGRAMS THROUGH REFERRALS TO SBA 7A LENDERS, MICROLENDING PROGRAMS AND BUSINESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS. SINCE INCEPTION, CSCDC HAS PROVIDED OVER $2.3 BILLION IN LOANS TO SMALL BUSINESSES SUPPORTING $5 BILLION IN TOTAL PROJECT FINANCING TO 3,200 SMALL BUSINESSES, HELPING CREATE OR RETAIN OVER 34,000 JOBS.
