ECUMENICAL RETIREMENT HOUSING, INC. IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT STATUTES OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN. THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 76 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS MONONA MEADOWS LOCATED IN MONONA, WISCONSIN, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS. THE CORPORATION RECEIVES HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. THE ORIGINAL MORTGAGE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY REFINANCED UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
