EDEN HOUSING HAS DEVELOPED OR ACQUIRED 11,937 AFFORDABLE HOMES FOR LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, AND CURRENTLY OWNS 153 PROPERTIES THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA. IN 2021, WE DEVELOPED 202 NEW HOUSING UNITS AND REHABILITATED 220 UNITS. WE ALSO SECURED FINANCING AND CLOSED CONSTRUCTION ON 3 PROJECTS (248 UNITS), SECURED ENTITLEMENTS FOR 5 PROJECTS (521 UNITS) AND IDENTIFIED 9 NEW PROJECTS (783 UNITS). WE ARE DOING OUR PART TO TACKLE THE HOUSING CRISIS IN CALIFORNIA-CURRENTLY SERVING MORE THAN 22,000 LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS FROM ALL BACKGROUNDS AND CULTURES WITH A WAIT LIST OF 30,000 HOUSEHOLDS LOOKING FOR AN AFFORDABLE HOME.
