BOTH COMPLEXES LEASE THEIR RENTAL UNITS TO LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS IN THE AREA. THE PROJECTS ARE REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
