THE CORPORATION SERVES AS A LIMITED PARTNER IN 16 LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS WHICH PROVIDE LOW-INCOME HOUSING THROUGHOUT THE BAY AREA. THE CORPORATION ALSO SERVES AS THE SOLE OWNER OF 36 LIMITED LIABLITY COMPANIES, THE MANAGING MEMBER OF FOUR LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES, AND THE MAJORITY OWNER OF FOUR CORPORATIONS WHICH SERVE AS THE GENERAL PARTNER IN LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS WHICH PROVIDE LOW-INCOME HOUSING THROUGHOUT THE BAY AREA.
