CONTRIBUTIONS ARE SOLICITED FOR SUPPORT OF PROGRAMS IN SCIENTIFIC AND MEDICAL RESEARCH, PATIENT CARE AND RELATED SERVICES AND PUBLIC INFORMATION AND EDUCATION PERFORMED AT CITY OF HOPE NATIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, CITY OF HOPE MEDICAL FOUNDATION, ACCESS CITY OF HOPE, LLC, TRANSLATIONAL GENOMICS RESEARCH INSTITUTE, TRANSLATIONAL GENOMICS RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOUNDATION AND THE BECKMAN RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE CITY OF HOPE.
A VARIETY OF SOCIAL SERVICES INCLUDING COMMUNITY OUTREACH, ADVOCACY AND HEALTH EDUCATION; HEALTH, PREVENTION, TREATMENT AND SURVIVORSHIP INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS AND FAMILIES; AND VARIOUS MEDICAL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES INCLUDING CANCER, DIABETES AND HIV/AIDS AWARENESS AND PREVENTION THAT ARE CONDUCTED AT THE MEDICAL CENTER, THE BECKMAN RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE CITY OF HOPE, AND CITY OF HOPE MEDICAL FOUNDATION.
ACCESS CITY OF HOPE, LLC (ACCESSHOPE) PROVIDES OR ARRANGES FOR THE PROVISION TO EMPLOYERS AND PAYORS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES FOR CERTAIN ONCOLOGY-RELATED CONSULTATIVE, ADVISORY AND SUPPORT SERVICES DESIGNED TO ADDRESS THE SPECIFIC CANCER NEEDS OF PATIENTS, IMPROVE CARE OUTCOMES, AND DRIVE VALUE. CITY OF HOPE WAS THE SOLE MEMBER OF ACCESSHOPE UNTIL JUNE OF 2021. ACCESSHOPE EXPORTS THE LATEST CANCER KNOWLEDGE FROM MULTIDISCIPLINARY SPECIALISTS WITH NATIONAL CANCER INSTITUTE-DESIGNATED COMPREHENSIVE CANCER CENTERS TO EMPLOYEES AND THEIR LOCAL ONCOLOGISTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
