DURING FY 21-22, THE ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THE 2019 COACHELLA VALLEY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT EXECUTIVE REPORT WAS DOWNLOADED BY 45 UNIQUE INDIVIDUALS. THESE PEOPLE REPRESENTED A WIDE VARIETY OF ORGANIZATIONS, INCLUDING- AMERICAN OUTREACH FOUNDATION, APPLIED LEARNING SCIENCE, BASTYR UNIVERSITY, BORREGO HEALTH, CACTUSTOCLOUD INSTITUTE, CALIFORNIA ASSEMBLY, CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY SAN BERNARDINO, CROSSROADS TO CARE, DESERT ACCESS AND MOBILITY, DESERT CARE NETWORK, EISENHOWER HEALTH, FUTURE PHYSICIAN LEADERS, IEHP, JFS OF THE DESERT, JOSLYN SENIOR CENTER, KESQ NEWS CHANNEL 3, OLIVE CREST, PALM SPRINGS DANCE PROJECT, RUHS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, RUHS PUBLIC HEALTH, THE DESERT SUN, UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA RIVERSIDE, UNIVERSITY OF REDLANDS, AND UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, AMONG OTHERS. MOST DATA USERS PLANNED TO USE IT FOR PRIORITIZING HEALTH NEEDS IN THE COMMUNITY, CREATING PRESENTATION OR LECTURES, AND STRATEGIC PLANNING. A TOTAL OF FIVE INDIVIDUALS STATED THAT THEY HAD USED THE DATA IN THE PAST TO SUPPORT THEIR REQUESTS FOR FUNDING AND WERE WILLING TO SHARE THE AMOUNTS; AMOUNT OF FUNDING BROUGHT IN RANGED FROM 80,000 TO 500,000. CLIENT SERVICES HARC WORKED ON 26 DIFFERENT PAID CONSULTING PROJECTS DURING FY 21-22, INCLUDING: EVALUATIONS: 1. RAP FOUNDATION: COLLECTIVE IMPACT EVALUATION OF THE HEALTH/MENTAL HEALTH FUNDING INITIATIVE. 2. RAP FOUNDATION: COLLECTIVE IMPACT EVALUATION OF THE REGRANTING OF FUNDS FROM THE JAMES IRVINE FOUNDATION IN SUPPORT OF IMMIGRANT RIGHTS AND MENTAL HEALTH. 3. STARTING OVER: EVALUATION OF A HOUSING FIRST PROGRAM FOR FORMERLY INCARCERATED ADULTS. 4. TRUEVOLUTION: DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DATA TRACKING AND EVALUATION TOOLS. 5. RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION: EVALUATION OF THE TRANSFORMATIVE CLIMATE COMMUNITIES (TCC) INITIATIVE. 6.
