THE MISSION IS TO ASSIST PUBLIC HEALTH AND OTHER SOCIAL SECTOR PROFESSIONALS AND ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPROVE ACCESS AND QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES IN WAYS THAT RESPECT HUMAN RIGHTS AND PROMOTE HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT, AND TO FURTHER SCIENTIFIC UNDERSTANDING THAT WILL BENEFIT POLICIES AND PROGRAMS.

DURING 2021/2022 THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO PROJECTS IN SEVERAL COUNTRIES INCLUDING BANGLADESH, KENYA, NIGERIA, PAKISTAN, RWANDA, SOUTH AFRICA, TANZANIA, UGANDA AND ZIMBABWE AS WELL AS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. THIS INCLUDED THE SHARING AND APPLICATION OF INTERNALLY DEVELOPED GUIDANCE TOOLS, FACILITATION OF WORKSHOPS AND MEETINGS WITH PUBLIC HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT-SECTOR PROFESSIONALS. FUNDING FROM THE GATES FOUNDATION SUPPORTED THE EXPANSION OF HEALTH-RELATED BEST PRACTICES IN COUNTRIES AND STATES INCLUDING BANGLADESH, KENYA, NIGERIA, PAKISTAN, RWANDA, SOUTH AFRICA, TANZANIA, UGANDA AND ZIMBABWE AMONG OTHERS.
