THE COLLEGES OF LAW ("COL") IS A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT CORPORATION THAT OPERATES AS A LAW SCHOOL WITH CAMPUS LOCATIONS IN SANTA BARBARA AND VENTURA, CALIFORNIA. COL PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY LEGAL EDUCATION DELIVERED THROUGH TWO MODALITIES: AN EVENING, ONSITE OPTION AND A HYBRID (70 PERCENT ONLINE AND 30 PERCENT ONSITE) OPTION, LEADING TO THE AWARD OF A JURIS DOCTOR DEGREE AND ELIGIBILITY TO SIT FOR THE CALIFORNIA STATE BAR EXAMINATION. COL ALSO OFFERS A MASTER OF LEGAL STUDIES VIA DISTANCE LEARNING.(SEE CONTINUATION ON SCHEDULE O)FOUNDED TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MEN AND WOMEN OF ALL AGES, BACKGROUNDS, AND LIFE EXPERIENCES TO ENTER THE LEGAL PROFESSION, COL SEEKS TO DEVELOP GRADUATES WHO WILL BE COMPETENT PRACTITIONERS AND WHO RECOGNIZE AND ADHERE TO THE HIGH LEVEL OF ETHICS, PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY, AND CIVIC DUTY OUR SOCIETY EXPECTS OF LAWYERS.
