IT IS THE MISSION OF MULTNOMAH UNIVERSITY TO EQUIP CHRISTIAN STUDENTS THROUGH HIGHER EDUCATION TO BECOME BIBLICALLY COMPETENT, ACADEMICALLY PROFICIENT, SPIRITUALLY FORMED, AND CULTURALLY ENGAGED SERVANT LEADERS, SHAPED TO BE A TRANSFORMING FORCE IN THE CHURCH, COMMUNITY AND WORLD. THE UNIVERSITY PROVIDES STUDENTS ALL SERVICES NECESSARY FOR A COLLEGE EDUCATION AND ASSISTS, WHERE POSSIBLE, THOSE STUDENTS IN FINANCIAL NEED.

DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR THE COLLEGE PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR APPROXIMATELY 156 SEMINARY AND 455 UNDERGRADUATE & MASTERS STUDENTS (TOTAL 611 STUDENTS).MULTNOMAH COMPLETED A 4 YEAR COMPREHENSIVE CAMPAIGN, ENDING WITH RAISING $20 MILLION. THE CAMPAIGN FOCUSED ON SEVERAL AREAS THAT WILL ENHANCE THE SCHOOL'S EDUCATION AND ATHLETIC OFFERINGS. A NEW YEAR-ROUND ATHLETIC FIELD WAS COMPLETED IN 2022 SO WE NOW HAVE THE ABILITY FOR OUR SOCCER AND LACROSSE PROGRAMS TO PRACTICE AND COMPETE ON CAMPUS. TWO NEW SCIENCE LABS WERE ALSO COMPLETED, WHICH WILL GREATLY EXPAND OUR SCIENCE COURSE OFFERINGS. THE CAMPAIGN ALSO SUPPORTED OUR INSTITUTIONAL AID TO OUR STUDENTS AND ASSISTED WITH UPGRADING VARIOUS AREAS OF TECHNOLOGY.ACADEMIC: THE IMPACT OF COVID EFFECTED OUR STUDENTS GREATLY, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO OFFER BOTH ONLINE AND IN PERSON CLASSES, AND GAVE AMPLE ROOM FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING TO CONTINUE TO OFFER A HIGHLY ENGAGED COMMUNITY BOTH ON AND OFF CAMPUS.ATHLETICS: WE LAUNCHED MEN'S AND WOMEN'S LACROSSE TEAMS. THEIR SEASONS BEGAN IN THE SPRING OF 2022. WE CURRENTLY ARE OFFERING 12 COMPETITIVE TEAMS IN BOTH MEN'S AND WOMEN'S ATHLETICS."
