MATERIAL COLLECTION, HANDLING, AND PROCESSING - CREATES EMPLOYMENT FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND OTHER BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT, INCLUDING SKILLS TRAINING. IN 2021, APPROXIMATELY 79 INDIVIDUALS WERE EMPLOYED.
