DONATED GOODS EMPLOYMENT - PROVIDES COLLECTION, SORTING AND SALES EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND OTHER BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT.
EMPLOYMENT AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS - PROVIDES EMPLOYMENT AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES TO ADULTS (AGE 18+) WITH DISABILITIES WHO REQUIRE LONG-TERM ASSISTANCE TO MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT. SERVICES INCLUDE JOB COACHING, CASE MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATION ASSISTANCE, AND MORE.
JOB CONNECTIONS - PROVIDES JOB SEEKERS WITH THE RESOURCES, TOOLS AND COUNSELING NECESSARY TO FIND IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT IN THE COMMUNITY. THIS FREE SERVICE IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND ASSISTS JOB SEEKERS TO IDENTIFY AND MARKET THEIR SKILLS THROUGH EFFECTIVE APPLICATIONS, RESUME AND COVER LETTER DEVELOPMENT. THE SERVICE OFFERS COACHING REGARDING INTERVIEW TECHNIQUES, JOB SEARCH STRATEGIES, PERSONAL APPEARANCE AND OTHER TOPICS. PARTICIPANTS ARE ALSO GIVEN LABOR MARKET INFORMATION AND APPROPRIATE JOB REFERRALS. EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOPS ARE OFFERED ON A MONTHLY BASIS.

SERVICES INCLUDE JOB COACHING, MENTORING, AND BUILDING OF SKILLS NECESSARY FOR PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT.
