IN 2023, COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS CONSISTED OF 17 STORES, 1 OUTLET, AN E-COMMERCE SALES OUTLET (SHOPGOODWILL.ORG), AND 1 AFTERMARKET (SALVAGE) SALES OPERATIONS. IT PROVIDED EMPLOYMENT TO MORE THAN 350 INDIVIDUALS IN 2023 AND GENERATED INCOME THAT SUPPORTS VOCATIONAL SERVICES AND LINKS LANGUAGE SERVICES.
IN 2023, 4,304 PEOPLE ACCESSED GOODWILL SOLAC'S JOB PROGRAMS. OF THOSE PARTICIPANTS WHO ACCESSED THOSE SERVICES, 623 ENTERED TRAINING PROGRAMS, 477 COMPLETED TRAINING PROGRAMS, AND 477 INDIVIDUALS WERE PLACED INTO EMPLOYMENT.
