ITS ACTIVITES INCLUDE DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING PROGRAMS WHICH FOSTER THE BROADEST POSSIBLE PUBLIC USE OF THE CENTER OF THE ARTS AND COOPERATING WITH THE CITY OF TRACY IN PROMOTING THE PUBLIC'S USE OF ALL THE CITY'S CULTURAL ARTS PROGRAMS AT THE CENTER OF ARTS.
