CLEAN HARBOR PROGRAM ADVOCATES FOR ACTIVITIES THAT WILL MAINTAIN THE ENVIRONMENTAL INTEGRITY OF GRAYS HARBOR; PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL LECTURES AND MEETINGS. UP TO 140 PARTICIPANTS.


FORM 990, PART III, LINE 4D, OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES: GENERAL MEMBERSHIP ACTIVITIES INCLUDE SIX MEMBER MEETINGS PER YEAR WITH BIRD AND ENVIRONMENTAL RELATED TOPICS. MULTIPLE FIELD TRIPS EACH YEAR FOR MEMBERS TO VIEW BIRDS. BI-MONTHLY AWARD-WINNING NEWSLETTERS, WEBSITE AND FACEBOOK. DUE TO COVID-19, FIELD TRIPS WERE CANCELLED AND MEETINGS WERE VIRTUAL.


SHOREBIRD AND NATURE FESTIVAL: CONDUCT SHOREBIRD AND NATURE RELATED LECTURES AND FIELD TRIPS; SPONSOR FIELD TRIPS FOR SCHOOL CLASSES TO VISIT THE GRAYS HARBOR NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE; CONDUCT POSTER CONTEST FOR GRADES 1-6. UP TO 1000 PARTICIPANTS.


HABITAT PROGRAM MAINTAINS AND PROTECTS APPROXIMATELY 3,000 ACRES OF WILDLIFE HABITAT FOR THE BENEFIT OF PLANTS, ANIMALS, AND CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS OF HUMANS. THOUSANDS IMPACTED.
