THE HIGH DESERT PARTNERSHIP SHALL BE ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO COORDINATE EFFORTS THAT WILL ENHANCE, CONSERVE AND PROTECT THE NATURAL RESOURCES AND RURAL LIFESTYLES IN THE HIGH DESERT FOR PRESENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS.
