POLICY - THE POLICY PROGRAM DEVELOPS CUTTING-EDGE LOCAL, REGIONAL AND STATE POLICIES TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR RESIDENTS TO WALK, BIKE AND TAKE TRANSIT SAFELY, AFFORDABLY AND CONVENIENTLY. THE PROGRAM ALSO IMPLEMENTS POLICIES TO MAKE IT MORE EFFICIENT TO MOVE PEOPLE AND GOODS.


ADVOCACY - THE ADVOCACY PROGRAM WORKS TO INCREASE FUNDING AND GAIN SUPPORT FOR TRANSIT, BIKE, AND PEDESTRIAN INFRASTRUCTURE THROUGH BUILDING OF INTERSECTIONAL COALITIONS THAT BRING TOGETHER BUSINESS, LABOR, SOCIAL JUSTICE, ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH, AND TRANSPORTATION ADVOCATES.


EDUCATION - THE EDUCATION PROGRAM EDUCATES WASHINGTON RESIDENTS ON THE TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO GET AROUND. THIS WORK INCLUDES WORKSHOPS, TRAININGS, MEETINGS, EVENTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.
