COMMUNITY ORGANIZING: ONEAMERICA'S CORE STRATEGY CONTINUED TO CENTER AROUND BASE-BUILDING, COMMUNITY ORGANIZING, AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORK WITH IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES ACROSS WASHINGTON STATE. THE REGIONS WITH THE STRONGEST ORGANIZING WERE CENTRAL WASHINGTON, SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON, AND WESTERN WASHINGTON. IN THE SOUTH KING COUNTY REGION NEAR SEATTLE, IMMIGRANT BUSINESS OWNERS, YOUTH AND PARENTS ALL PLAYED KEY ROLES IN ONEAMERICA'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS.
EDUCATION & EARLY LEARNING: THE EDUCATION AND EARLY LEARNING PROGRAM STRIVES TO ENSURE THAT ALL OF WASHINGTON'S FAMILIES HAVE AN EDUCATION SYSTEM THAT'S INCLUSIVE, RESPONSIVE AND MEETS THE NEEDS OF EVERY STUDENT.
