THE AMC RECEIVES FEDERAL AND STATE GRANTS (PASSED THROUGH THE ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION) TO PROMOTE AND EXPAND WORK-RELATED TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS IN ALASKA.


IN 2013, THE ALASKA MOBILITY COALITION (AMC) WAS AWARDED A CONTRACT FROM THE COMMUNITY TRANSPORTATION ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA TO IDENTIFY AND IMPROVE TRANSPORTATION FOR SENIORS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES LIVING, WORKING AND VISITING FAIRBANKS.
