WORK DONE ON BEHALF OF FACULTY INCLUDE REPRESENTATION, BARGAINING, LABOR RELATIONS, AND WORKLOAD PROTECTION. LCCEA MISSION STATEMENT: LCCEA ENGAGES IN COLLECTIVE ACTION TO ENSURE AN EQUITABLE LEARNING AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND ADVOCATES FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE AND SYSTEMIC CHANGE FOR THE PUBLIC GOOD.
