THIS SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH ON-THE-WATER INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS AND YOUTHS, ENVIRONMANTAL AWARENESS PROGRAMS, AND CLASSROOM EDUCATION PROGRAMS, AS WELL AS VOLUNTEER SUPPORT OF RELATED EFFORTS CONCERNING THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY MARINE ENVIRONMENT.
