TO SOLICIT, RECEIVE, AND MAINTAIN GIFTS OF MONEY AND PROPERTY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ST. CHARLES HEALTH SYSTEM, INC. (SCHS). THIS SUPPORT ASSISTS THE SCHS MISSION, WHICH IS IN A SPIRIT OF LOVE AND COMPASSION, BETTER HEALTH, BETTER CARE, BETTER VALUE.

Part 3 - Line 4a

ST. CHARLES FOUNDATION (THE FOUNDATION) PROVIDES CHARITABLE SUPPORT FOR THE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF SCHS, TO ADDRESS URGENT AND EMERGING HEALTH CARE NEEDS IN THE REGION. THE FOUNDATION IS COMMITTED TO IMPROVING THE HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITY BY SUPPORTING PROJECTS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO EXCEPTIONAL PATIENT CARE AT REGIONAL HOSPITALS. DONOR FUNDS SUSTAIN AND ENHANCE THE HEALTH CARE RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO THE COMMUNITY BY EXPANDING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES, SUPPORTING PHYSICIANS AND STAFF, AND PROVIDING NECESSARY SUPPORT TO IMPROVE FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT.
