INSPIRASIAN FOSTERS DIVERSITY APPRECIATION AND INCLUSION IN OUR WORKPLACE. WE INVOKE INSPIRATION FROM CELEBRATING ASIAN AND PACIFIC ISLANDER HERITAGE INCREASING CULTURAL AWARENESS AND DEVELOPING INSPIRING LEADERS. WE ENGAGE WITH IMAGINATION TO DELIVER MEANINGFUL EVENTS AND INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS THAT INSPIRE OTHERS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

INSPIRASIAN DISTRIBUTED $119,600 IN SCHOLARSHIPS INCLUDING FIFTY-NINE $1,000 AND THIRTY $2,000 SCHOLARSHIPS TO 89 GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS WHO HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED TO ACCREDITED UNIVERSITIES. STUDENTS APPLIED ONLINE SUBMITTED THEIR TRANSCRIPTS SENT A LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION WROTE AN ESSAY ON THE TOPIC WE PROVIDED AND SHOWED THEIR LEADERSHIP SKILLS THROUGH VOLUNTEERISM AT SCHOOL AND THEIR COMMUNITY. THE $2,000 SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED TO THE TOP 30 STUDENTS THROUGH THE NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. THE NEXT TIER OF STUDENTS WERE SENT TO THE LOCAL CHAPTERS WHO AWARDED THE $1,000 TO THE NEXT HIGHEST RANKING 59 STUDENTS. INSPIRASIAN WORKS WITH LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELORS TO HELP DISTRIBUTE THE INSPIRASIAN SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION. THE PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE TO ALL STUDENTS REGARDLESS OF RACE. WE ARE PROUD TO BE ABLE TO DISTRIBUTE THE SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE STUDENTS BASED ON THEIR NEEDS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS. ADDITIONALLY $59,600 WAS DISTRIBUTED TO SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE BY CHAPTERS WITHIN THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITIES.


INSPIRASIAN CHAPTERS HOSTED EVENTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR MEMBERS. EVENTS INCLUDED LUNCH AND LEARNS WITH EXECUTIVE SPEAKERS FIRESIDE CHATS SESSIONS ON SELF DEVELOPMENT TOPICS CULTURAL EVENTS FOR LUNAR NEW YEAR AND MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL.
