SHG HAS HISTORICALLY PROVIDED INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND PRIMARY CARE SERVICES TO RESIDENTS OF YAVAPAI COUNTRY. IN FISCAL YEARS 2021 AND 2022, SHG EXPANDED THEIR INTEGRATED CARE SERVICES TO RESIDENTS IN CENTRAL ARIZONA, MAINLY THE GREATER-PHOENIX METROPOLITAN AREA, AND SOUTHERN ARIZONA.BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAMS: PSYCHIATRY - OUR TEAM OF PSYCHIATRIC EXPERTS CARE FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND ARE DEDICATED TO YOUR WELLNESS OF MIND. COUNSELING - WHETHER INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP, WE OFFER MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS OF COUNSELING FOR A VARIETY OF NEEDS INCLUDING MARRIAGE, FAMILY, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, AND GRIEF. MOBILE CRISIS TEAM - WORKING WITH LOCAL AREA FIRST RESPONDERS, WE BRING THE RIGHT HELP TO THOSE IN OUR COMMUNITY. SUPPORT & ASSISTANCE - WITH INDIVIDUALIZED CARE, WE OFFER RECOVERY-FOCUSED SERVICES THAT ALLOW INDIVIDUALS THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN TO MANAGE THEIR OWN RECOVERY AND ADVOCACY PROCESS. WITH THE HELP OF OUR PEER SUPPORT STAFF, OUR PATIENTS LEARN TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATURAL SUPPORTS, AS WELL AS LEARN COPING AND SELF-MANAGEMENT SKILLS.


VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION - OUR WORK ADJUSTMENT TRAINING PROGRAM (WAT) HELPS INDIVIDUALS RE-ENTER THE WORKFORCE. THEY OPERATES A KIOSK (NEW DAY CAFE) WHICH PROVIDES SKILLS AND TRAINING NECESSARY TO HELP MANY IMPROVE THEIR LIVES AND ENTER THE WORK FORCE. LAPAZ APARTMENTSCOMMUNITY LIVING (11 UNITS) TO PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSING FOR THE POPULATION WITH MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES. OTHER RENTS - RENTS RECEIVED FROM SPACE RENTED FOR PHARMACY AND GROUP MEETING.


PHYSICAL HEALTH PROGRAMS:PRIMARY CARE - THE ORGANIZATION'S FAMILY PHYSICIANS PROVIDE FAMILY-CENTERED PRIMARY CARE FOR PATIENTS OF ALL AGES, FROM INFANTS TO THE ELDERLY. THEY PLACE AN EMPHASIS ON PREVENTION AND EARLY DETECTION AND OFFER A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES. LABORATORY SERVICES - OFFER ON-SITE LAB SERVICES, YOU CAN HAVE YOUR LAB WORK DONE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE BUILDING. PAIN MANAGEMENT - CHRONIC PAIN IS COMPLEX AND IMPACTS ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE. SPECTRUM TAKES A WHOLE HEALTH APPROACH TO PAIN MANAGEMENT, LOOKING AT ALL THE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS YOU ARE FACING. WE WORK WITH YOU TO CREATE A SAFE AND PATIENT-LED PLAN, USING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RESOURCES TO HELP YOU MANAGE YOUR PAIN. MEDICATION MANAGEMENT - MEDICATION OFTEN REQUIRES ONGOING MONITORING AND EVALUATION. WE OFFER INITIAL EVALUATION OF YOUR PAIN, AND IF NEEDED UTILIZE PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS TO HELP YOU IMPROVE YOUR OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE AND LEVEL OF FUNCTIONING. ALTERNATIVE TREATMENTS - PAIN MANAGEMENT AT SPECTRUM UTILIZES ALTERNATIVE TREATMENTS INCLUDING ACUPUNCTURE, MASSAGE, PHYSICAL THERAPY, COUNSELING, AND MORE.
