ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO ALL OF THE ORGANIZATION'S PROGRAMS CAN BE VIEWED AT WWW.CCSLS.ORG/PROGRAMSLEGAL SERVICES--------------CCSLS ASSISTS WITH LEGAL MATTERS SUCH AS HOUSING, ELDER ABUSE, CONSUMER PROTECTION, AHCD, SSI AND SIMPLE WILLS.


EDUCATION & TRAININGS---------------------CCSLS PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS ON TOPICS SUCH AS ELDER ABUSE, IDENTITY THEFT AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS.ELDER ABUSE PREVENTION PROJECT------------------------------EAPP PROTECTS SENIORS FROM MANY FORMS OF ABUSE INCLUDING PHYSICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, EMOTIONAL AND FINANCIAL.


RESIDENT EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM----------------------------REP PROVIDES SCREENING, EDUCATION AND LEGAL COUNSEL TO RESIDENTS OF RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITIES FOR THE ELDERLY (RCFE).HOMEOWNERSHIP PROTECTION FOR ELDERS-----------------------------------THIS INITIATIVE PROTECTS SENIORS FROM LOSING THEIR HOMES AND/OR EQUITY DUE TO DEBT, SCAMS, AND ELDER ABUSE.
