IN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, SPECIALISTS ASSIST CLIENTS BY PREPARING THEM FOR WORK THROUGH RESUME, INTERVIEWING, AND APPLICATION ASSISTANCE. IN TRAINING, THE AGENCY PROVIDES EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT SUCH AS HOW TO FIND, KEEP, AND GROW IN A JOB, AS WELL AS LIFE SKILLS. ALSO, THE AGENCY PROVIDES INDUSTRY SPECIFIC TRAINING THAT BRIDGE GAPS IN INDUSTRY NEEDS AND ENTRY LEVEL EMPLOYEES, CREATING QUALIFIED CANDIDATES IN SPECIFIC SECTORS. IN COMMUNITY SERVICES, SPECIALISTS ASSIST IN ACCESSING THE RESOURCES THEY NEED TO NAVIGATE THE PATHS THEY FACE AS THEY MAKE THE TRANSITION TO LIFE IN OUR COMMUNITY.
