COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND PARTNERSHIP ARE ESSENTIAL TO THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE AND DONOR CONTRIBUTIONS OF ANY SIZE MAKE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON OUR COMMUNITY.RENOWN HEALTH FOUNDATION, FOUNDED IN 1985, CARRIES FORWARD AN ESSENTIAL TRADITION - PAIRING DONOR SUPPORT WITH OUR COMMUNITY'S MOST VITAL NEEDS. SUPPORT FOR RENOWN HEALTH FOUNDATION STAYS HERE TO FUND AND SUPPORT PATIENTS THROUGH ENHANCED PREVENTION AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS, STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT, AND IMPORTANT MEDICAL RESEARCH. RENOWN HEALTH FOUNDATION IS FOCUSING ON FUNDRAISING FOR OUR MAJOR SERVICE LINES, INCLUDING PATIENT ASSISTANCE, PULMONARY REHABILITATION, RENOWN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL AND SOPHIE'S PLACE - A CHILDREN'S MUSIC-THERAPY ROOM AND PROGRAM.
