ECC OPERATES SEVEN CENTERS AND SERVE APPROXIMATELY 350 CHILDREN DAILY, ALONG WITH AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMMING FOR CHILDREN AGES FIVE TO TWELVE. SINCE OUR BEGINNING, PART OF THE CULTURE AND FOCUS OF ECC HAS BEEN TO MINIMIZE OUR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES. THIS ALLOWS ECC TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST QUALITY CHILD CARE DIRECTLY TO THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS WE SERVE, AND ALLOWS ECC TO HAVE A GREATER REACH WITHIN THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.
NUTRITIONAL FOOD SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO CHILDREN ENROLLED IN ECC'S PROGRAM TO PROVIDE HEALTHY, NUTRITIOUS AND DELICIOUS MEALS TO THE CHILDREN, WHILE TEACHING THE CHILDREN ABOUT PROPER EATING HABITS.
