CONDUCTING WINE TASTINGS AND PUBLISHING THE RESULTS. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021, ORGANIZATION CONDUCTED 6 TASTINGS OF RARE AND EXCEPTIONAL WINES. DUE TO GOVERNMENT-IMPOSED COVID SHUTDOWNS, 3 TASTINGS WERE CONDUCTED IN "BLIND CONDITIONS- AND THE BALANCE WERE CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM VIDEO. THESE TASTINGS ALL FOCUSED ON SOME OF THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS WINES IN THE WORLD. LONG-PLANNED VERTICAL TASTINGS OF SOME ICONIC OLD WORLD AND CALIFORNIA WINES HAD TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO THE COVID SHUTDOWN.
