SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF THE ORGANIZATION'S EXPENSES WERE FOR ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT THE LAUNCH AND OPERATION OF A BIKESHARE SYSTEM IN HONOLULU, INCLUDING EQUIPMENT SELECTION, STATION SITE PLANNING, BRAND DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNITY OUTREACH, PUBLIC RELATIONS, AND FUNDRAISING. THE BIKESHARE SYSTEM, KNOWN AS "BIKI," WAS LAUNCHED ON JUNE 28, 2017. IN 2019, BIKI HAD 136 BIKESHARE STATIONS AND 1,288 BIKES.
