THE CRPA FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO DEFENDING AND PRESERVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT OF THE U.S.SUPPORT THE CONSTITUTION THROUGH A VARIETY OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS INTENDED TO PRESERVE OUR HUNTING AND SHOOTING HERITAGE. THE FOUNDATION ALSO ACTIVELY SUPPORTS SECOND AMENDMENT AND RELATED LITIGATION WHICH PROTECTS THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF ALL CITIZENS. THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS THE PERMISSIBLE PROGRAM ACTIVITIES OF THE CALIFORNIA RIFLE AND PISTOL ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, BUT ONLY TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH ACTIVITIES ARE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE CHARITABLE, EDUCATION AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE"), OR THE CORRESPONDING PROVISIONS OF ANY FUTURE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE LAW.
